Our Story

South Rim Realty has been in business in Payson, Utah since 1983. The current owners, Gayle Baum and Lindsey Andrus, took over the business in 2005. In their 10+ years as brokers, Gayle and Lindsey have grown the agent portfolio to 12 agents. The majority of the agents at South Rim Realty are local: they know the area, they’ve grown up in Utah County, and they have long-term relationships with many of their clients.

South Rim Realty is a full-service company. Let them help you with all of your real estate needs!

Our Promise

South Rim Realty is committed to your real estate success.

I promise to keep you in the loop and the lines of communication open.”

– Communication is fundamental to a working buying or selling relationship; a great real estate agent knows questions will come and that the buyer or seller needs direction as soon as possible. You should never feel your agent is MIA (missing in action).

I promise you this is my full-time career.

– Experienced real estate agents have graduated from the part-timer’s realm to the ability to support themselves with their income in real estate. People are pros when they go full-time.

“I promise to give you honest advice.”

– Professional real estate agents are concerned, engaged, and provide the best counsel when it comes to serving your real estate needs. We know that sometimes this advice may not be easy to hear, especially when it comes to pricing, budget, or repairs. We want to help you make the best real estate decisions.

Dennis DeGraw

I have lived in Utah County between Payson and Salem for most of my life. I love this area, its beauty and the people that live here. I love the outdoors and enjoy camping, fishing and hunting with family and friends. I am married to the love of my life Angie, and together we have 6 children, 5 in-law children, and 11 grandchildren. All of which are Awesome!

I have been in real estate for over 25 years. As a real estate professional, I specialize in helping families and individuals buy and sell homes and property. I have worked in the good markets and the down and distressed markets. I have worked with banks and clients to sell and buy foreclosure homes. I have also been successful in negotiating short sales with many banks on behalf of my sellers. I have helped many of my clients buy distressed properties.

For the last 22 years I have been hired by Utah County to help with the Board of Equalization as an impartial hearing officer to help establish fair market values. Every year the county sends you an Evaluation Notice of what they feel your home, land, or any real estate you own is worth. If you cannot come to an agreement with the appraiser at the assessor’s office as to the value of your property, then the county will set up a hearing time for you to meet with a hearing officer. That is where I would come in. At the hearing I would listen to both the property owner and to the county appraiser and review all documentation and evidence from both parties as to their appeal of value. I would then make a determination of what I felt a fair market value would be based upon all documentation. I have been involved with hundreds of hearings over the years in every part of Utah County and in every city. I have been fair in all cases and gained much knowledge during the process.

With extensive knowledge of the Utah real estate market, I would be delighted to put my experience and expertise to work for you. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, land, or commercial properties then give me a call or text today. I would be happy to answer any of your questions and provide you with a complete market analysis. Let me help your real estate wants and needs become a reality!
